How does admittance work?

For those of you who bought a ticket to The International, bring your printed ticket (the email with the bar code we sent to you) to the registration desk to exchange for a badge. You may come and go as you wish with an International badge. PAX Prime badge holders will be admitted as space is available. Use the PAX entrance located at the NE corner of Benaroya Hall at 3rd Ave and Union St.

What if I never received an email with my ticket information?

First, make sure you have activated the ticket by going into your Dota 2 backpack and right clicking on the ticket item. If you did this and still haven't received an email, please contact Steam Support.

I have a ticket, where do I go when I get there?

The registration desk is located just inside the SE public entrance to Benaroya Hall on the corner of 3rd Ave and University St. The registration desk will be open at the following times:
- Thursday, August 30th 10:00AM-4:00PM PDT
- Friday, August 31st 8:30AM-8:30PM PDT
- Saturday, September 1st 8:30AM-8:30PM PDT
- Sunday, September 2nd 8:30AM-3:00PM PDT

Can I bring in food? Will there be food available in the venue?

Concessions will be sold in the grand lobby. No food or drinks are allowed into the auditorium.

Can I bring a bring a camera or recording equipment?

Of course, we encourage people to share their experiences with Dota! Tag your pictures and videos with #Dota2TI.

Can I bring my backpack?

The Benaroya facilities prefer large backpacks to be checked at coat check. Coat/bag check is free and is located in the Boeing Gallery on the 3rd Ave side of the facility.

Is The International handicap accessible?
