Mercurial's Call re-imagines Spectre's voice, granting her an intelligible personality that introduces hundreds of new ways for her to threaten her enemies.
Make your claim on the spoils of war! Several changes have come to the Item drop system. The first change is increasing the drop rate for the existing ultra-rare drop system, which includes Full Sets, Bundles, Treasures, and more. Alongside that drop system, we are adding a new drop system that happens significantly more frequently for single items. Items that drop are not marketable, but can each be gifted one time to a friend.
Additionally, sets from Treasures will now also be giftable in the same way during their initial market/trade restricted date, so if you want to give a friend an item for his favorite hero, you will be able to use the updated gifting system.
It's time for a bit of spring cleaning. Item Recycling is now available to reforge your unwanted items into new opportunities. To recycle an item, open your Armory and select "Item Recycling". Then click and drag the items you'd like to recycle.

Dota 2 workshop artisans have been toiling for weeks to forge items to be included in the New Bloom Festival. Soon their hard work will begin appearing in the Dota Store, bringing incredible new looks to several heroes.
