Player registration and team membership management is now handled in the client.
To edit your Official Info, and register as a Pro Player for this season, you can do so in the Dota client.
Settings -> Account -> Manage Pro Info and Teams
From there, you can edit your Official Info, and if you've selected a Team that's registered as a Pro Team on this website, you will be able to register as a Pro Player.
