Agi = Sniper Damage. As for Sniper base damage it has low DPS, i know Sniper was base on HeadShot to earn gold from creeps but what if the 40% chance wasn't on your side ? So get 2 of this for better last hit.
Everyone needs healing item for starting. get 2 of this item!
This Depends on you whether if you want extra 2 damage or not. =)

Put on Agi if possible for more dps and of course more Attack Speed!
Mask of Madness. Hmmmm do i need to explain anything ? get this and Create Madness for the enemy team!
Escape Item. i usually get ShadowBlade first due to Sniper doesn't have any escape skill. But it's depends on you whether if you want MoM first or ShadowBlade first =)

Butterfly. More agi = more attack speed, More Attack speed = more HeadShot. Need me to explain further ? Alright let me give you 1 final one. More agi = more damage.
