The best orb for sniper. This enable you to soften those hard guys and really tear those soft heroes. VERY VERY good item for sniper IMO.
Movespeed, Attack Speed = Chasing, Raping. Nuff said.
Attack speed = Better crit chance
Minus armor = Stronger crit.
