FOR CATCHING THE ENEMY TEAM, THEN PEW PEWING THEM TO DEATH, near the end of the duration, in some situations it's good to turn this into trees to do a little extra damage or creep block.

Use this when there is alot of creeps and heros on the map, use it on the lane or creep furthest away from the heros so they do max damage. REMEMBER, YOU CAN'T RUN FROM THE HEAVENS!

GLOVES OF VALUES, BUILD INTO THE HAND OF VALUE
YOU WANT THE CASH MONEYZ? THEN BUILD YOUR GLOVES OF VALUE INTO THIS BEAST. Use it on the large jungle creeps or whenever it's off cooldown, sell it in late game when you run out of room.
BOOTS OF A RELATIVLY AVERAGE MOVEMENT, Keep on strength for surviveability, not really any reason to switch to INT unless it's super early game and you need the extra mana for farming.
