Your best solo gank and early game skill, combo with forgespirits and chaos meteor will make sure that the enemy can't do anything.
It could be used for escape or slowing your enemies (you can get this with radiance and troll the people killing them easly by just moving beside them :D)
Your main crowd control combo use it to disable enemies.
Use this in late game to annoy enemy heroes by burning their mana.
Nice skill for pushing the towers use it on your forgespirit or on your team's carry.
Main skill in team fight Very daedly hard to land, use it with cold snap.
The best skill in this build use it on running enemy heroes, Train a lot so you can get them easily.
You will have 2 spirits with 4 Quas and 4 Exort, spawn them when pushing towers, ganking or even if you want to jungle with Hand of midas.
Good for slowing enemy heroes and annoying them, learn to use it right.
Use it for saving a team mate or after a meteor, nice disarm for team fights.

This is better than Tango Because you have Quas passive heal and this is cheaper than Tango.

Good boots for Ganks and Damage (You can get this or boots of travel if you have good mid farm).
Very good for mobility for you and your team mates and for some ganks.
Very good for mana regen and stats.
Best Item for Invoker because of the 2 sec cooldown
And 0 mana for your Ultimate (Get this after level 17).
Mid items(Situational)
If you don't have good support then buy this wards and put one in each rune so you can see incoming ganks and runes.
ΠΟΛΥΤΕΛΗ ΑΝΤΙΚΕΙΜΕΝΑ
If you have very good early mid farm then pick this and use it often in jungle if you can (Don't get it after 20 min mark).
You are good in invoker and you can use 20 spells together? If yes then get this and Rampage :D ( Don't get this if your enemy has a lot of magic immune and resistance)
Extra movement speed and cheap mana reg,disabler item (Use it with sunstrike).
Works great against Doom and beast master, nice regen and stats.
Too many stuns and disablers? then get this fast.
Have an extra arm :D ? get this very good with your skills.
Get this with forgespirits and you will have a small army,If you are against invisible heroes like riki etc.

Late Game
EYE OF SKADI is the best late game item very good against magic immune and resistance.
Avoid This
You don't need it since you have your passive regen and you need to stay as long as you can in your lane.
